  1. Testimonials

  1. Refund Policy

This refund policy is in place to protect the intellectual property contained within our programs.

Due to the immediate, direct access to all program materials, videos, assets and classroom, refunds are ONLY considered if a student has viewed LESS THAN 10% of the Program, has not accessed the Mastery classroom and has emailed us with a refund request within 14 days from purchase date. Due to the digital nature of our program, any refunds made after 14 days of enrollment will be denied.

We then have the unilateral discretion to grant a refund and all refunds are discretionary as determined by AEZ MEDIA PTY LTD.

Please ensure you read the details, description of each module and carefully read this Agreement so you understand exactly what you are purchasing. It is your responsibility to review our sales page and Agreement before purchasing, or accessing any of our Programs or products. We have taken every measure to clearly communicate through all marketing channels, communication platforms, sales pages, and webinars to educate the public on who our Programs and online courses would and would not benefit.

If you seek a refund, contact support@masteryofficial.com within 14 days from date of purchase and prove you’ve viewed less than 10% of the program and have not yet accessed the Mastery classroom along with your valid reason for refund. You must include your coursework and reasoning with your request for a refund. If you request a refund and do not include your coursework nor reason by the 14th day, your refund will not be granted.

9.1 An example of a situation where a refund is given is if you are unable to access or properly engage in the program. This means we are expecting the following documents and tasks to be completed:

  • Proof of legitimate purchase by sending your Teachable receipt
  • Bank statement showing the legitimate purchase paid in full
  • A form of Government ID such as a driver’s license. This ID must match your form of payment.
  • Screenshots of a progress rate less than 10% within the Teachable portal
  • Screenshots of your progress made including your website, store and ads created
  • Links to your business website and social handles created
  • A detailed and fair explanation on your request for refund

9.2 We also do not offer refunds for the following: (1) attempts to use the refund policy as a way to opt-out of any existing financial obligation and/or payment plan already committed to us upon signing up for our Program, (2) change of business direction after purchasing the Program, (3) inability to complete the Program, (4) accessing the classroom or more than 10% of the video lessons and/or (4) change of mind beyond the 14 days from enrollment.

9.3 Only one person may access the Program per purchase. If a user is seen allowing others to use his account to access the Program, that person will be removed from the Program without a refund. You may not share this information with others not enrolled in the Program. If you are found uploading these videos or sharing information anywhere else, you will be removed without refund.

9.4 Please note, we do not offer partial refunds for our programs and our exclusive bonuses and course extensions are non-refundable under any circumstances.

9.5 Money Back Guarantee: Unless otherwise noted during your purchase of the Service you choose, as required by applicable law in your jurisdiction, or as set forth in the refund policy applicable to any Service you purchase through a third-party marketplace, should you become dissatisfied with the Service within the first 14 days after purchase, Mastery will refund the full amount of your purchase and subsequently terminate your access. Refunds are not available for accounts which have violated the terms of service; violations are determined at Mastery’s sole discretion. If Mastery determines that you are abusing our refund policy, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse or restrict any and all current or future use of the Service without delivering a refund. To request a refund or to ask a question regarding the 14-day money back guarantee, email Support at support@masteryofficial.com

  1. Payment Plans

Payment plans may be offered as a form of convenience to the Client. In the event the payment fails or you purposely withdraw the payment method, you will not be able to access any of the information or content sold through our Site or any other of our courses, products or services.

In the event of three failed payments, you understand AEZ MEDIA PTY LTD may enlist a debt collection agency to collect the money owing from you. Please note a payment plan is not a membership, in which you cannot cancel at any time. By signing up for our payment plan, you agree to pay the full balance owing of your payment plan by the due date.

  1. Course Updates + Bonuses

Our team actively updates our Programs to ensure the majority of students’ biggest roadblocks are anticipated, minimized, and addressed. Students are automatically granted access to any updates within the corresponding Mastery Program.

Please note, enrolling in our Program does not grant free access to any future bonuses other than the ones promised to be offered upon the time of enrollment within your relevant Program. These are bonuses and we are not obligated to continually update the program and further course updates and/or bonuses may be ceased in the future at our discretion.

  1. Fees

To the extent the Service or any portion thereof is made available for any fee, you will be required to select a payment plan and provide Mastery information regarding your credit card or other payment instrument. You represent and warrant to Mastery that such information is true and that you are authorized to use the payment instrument.

You will promptly update your account information with any changes (for example, a change in your billing address or credit card expiration date) that may occur. You agree to pay Mastery the amount that is specified in the payment plan (as well as any applicable taxes) in accordance with the terms of such plan and this Terms of Conditions.

You hereby authorize Mastery to bill your payment instrument in accordance with the terms of the applicable payment plan (as well as any applicable taxes) until you terminate your account, and you further agree to pay any charges so incurred. If you dispute any charges you must let Mastery know within thirty (30) days after the date that Mastery charges you. We reserve the right to change our prices. Your continued use of the Service after the price change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the changed amount.

  1. Recurring Subscriptions

If you select a Service with an auto renewal feature (“Recurring Subscription”), you authorize Mastery to maintain your account information and charge that account automatically upon the renewal of the Service you choose with no further action required by you. In the event that Mastery is unable to charge your account as authorized by you when you enrolled in a Recurring Subscription, Mastery, may, in its sole discretion: (i) bill you for your Service and suspend your access to the Service until payment is received, and/or (ii) seek to update your account information through third party sources (i.e., your bank or a payment processor) to continue charging your account as authorized by you and/or (iii) enlist a debt collection agency to collect the money owing from you.

Payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. You may cancel a Recurring Subscription at any time, but if you cancel your subscription before the end of the current subscription period, we will not refund any subscription fees already paid to us.

You can cancel by contacting Support at support@masteryofficial.com or by going to Settings in your account, selecting Cancel under the Subscription box and then following the onscreen instructions to continue and cancel subscription.

  1. Blacklisted and Disputed Payments

AEZ MEDIA PTY LTD retains the right to ‘Blacklist’ you from accessing any and all materials, courses or other products or services we offer in the event that you do not pay your bills, dispute your payments, or if you steal any of our intellectual property. A student will be removed from the blacklist under the discretion of AEZ MEDIA PTY LTD and under the conditions that the outstanding balance has been paid in full, and that the student is not eligible for a refund for the remainder of their course access. In the event that a student wants to regain access to our online courses after disputing a payment(s), the student agrees to pay the Program fee for each payment previously disputed. If multiple disputes were filed, the student must pay for the program upfront in full before regaining course access.

  1. No Guarantees

It should be made clear, we make NO GUARANTEES about any success that you’ll get from our Site, Program or our products and services. We will do everything for you to succeed, but we make no guarantees. It is very basic and the words are meant to have their exact meaning: we make NO GUARANTEES about any success that you’ll get. We will do everything for you to succeed, but we make no guarantees and we try our best but can only control so much about your success through our Programs.

By engaging with our Site, Programs or products, you understand that we make NO guarantees whatsoever regarding any result based on action or inaction relating to your life or business based on the information we share, products or services we sell through the Site. Ultimately, we will not be accountable or make any promises for what will happen in your life and business. This includes working with us as a Client before and had certain results, we make no guarantee that will happen again. Again, it cannot be more clear: we make NO GUARANTEES about any success that you’ll get from our Site, Programs or products.

This applies whether the earnings or income examples are monetary in nature or pertain to advertising credits which may be earned (whether such credits are convertible to cash or not).

There is no assurance that any prior successes or past results as to earnings or income (whether monetary or advertising credits, whether convertible to cash or not) will apply, nor can any prior successes be used, as an indication of your future success or results from any of the information, content, or strategies. Any and all claims or representations as to income or earnings (whether monetary or advertising credits, whether convertible to cash or not) are not to be considered as “average earnings”. Results may vary. Accept that although you follow this Program, you may not receive the sales or income desired. I am/we are not responsible for your well-being or your income. We have no way of knowing how well you will do, as we do not know you, your background, your work ethic, your dedication, your motivation, your desire, or your business skills or practices. Therefore, we do not guarantee or imply that you will get rich, that you will do as well, or that you will have any earnings (whether monetary or advertising credits, whether convertible to cash or not), at all.
